6. User Content and Data
Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the Content you submit to the Service, including your prompts, configurations, and uploaded files.
License Grant
By submitting Content, you grant Forgeable a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, store, reproduce, modify, and transmit your Content only as necessary for:
- Providing, operating, and maintaining the Service
- Building, evaluating, supporting, and improving the workflows we provide to you
- Ensuring the security and integrity of the Service
We may permit service providers to process Content on our behalf for these purposes, subject to the restrictions below. This license does not permit using your Content to develop workflows for other customers or to train or fine-tune AI models. We may use aggregated operational statistics that do not include your prompts, files, or outputs to improve platform reliability.
No AI Model Training
Forgeable does not use your Content, including prompts, inputs, outputs, uploaded files, business data, and execution feedback, to train or fine-tune AI models. We do not authorize third-party AI providers to do so. This restriction also applies to anonymized or de-identified versions of your Content, and no opt-out is required.
Using examples and feedback to evaluate or improve your workflows, prompts, and business rules is part of delivering your service and does not train or fine-tune model weights. Any future offering involving model training would require a separate, explicit agreement before your Content is used for that purpose; a change to these Terms alone does not authorize it.
Third-Party Processing
Relevant Content may be sent to third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI, Groq, and Anthropic) to deliver your workflow. We do not opt your Content into provider training programmes. Processing and retention are subject to the applicable service terms and data-processing arrangements, as described in our Privacy Policy. No model training does not mean zero data retention.
