Service improvement does not include using your content to train or fine-tune AI models.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Contract Performance — Processing necessary to provide the Service you requested (account management, task execution, storing your content)
- Legitimate Interests — Processing for our legitimate business interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement) where these do not override your rights
- Consent — Processing based on your explicit consent (marketing communications, newsletter subscription)
- Legal Obligation — Processing required to comply with applicable laws
5. No AI Model Training on Customer Content
Forgeable does not use your content to train or fine-tune AI models. This includes your prompts, inputs, outputs, uploaded files, business data, and execution feedback. We do not authorize third-party AI providers to use this content for model training or fine-tuning.
This protection applies automatically to all customers. You do not need to opt out, and providing ratings or feedback does not grant permission for model training. We also do not use anonymized or de-identified versions of your content for model training.
Running and Improving Your Workflows
We process your content to build, run, evaluate, support, and improve the custom workflows we provide to you. This can include reviewing results, adjusting prompts and business rules, and testing changes against examples from your workflow. These activities use existing models to deliver your service; they do not train or fine-tune model weights.
Your content is not used to develop workflows for other customers. We may use aggregated operational statistics, such as execution counts, latency, and error rates, to improve platform reliability without including your prompts, files, or outputs.
Retention and Future Changes
No model training does not mean no data storage. We retain data as described in Section 7, and providers may retain data for service delivery, security, or legal obligations as described in Section 6.
If we introduce a separate offering involving model training in the future, it will require a separate, explicit agreement before your content is used for that purpose. A future policy update or reopening of a public platform will not by itself authorize training on content supplied under this policy.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Third-Party AI Providers
To execute AI tasks, relevant prompts, inputs, and files may be sent to third-party AI providers, depending on the models used in your workflow. Supported providers include:
- OpenAI — for GPT model access
- Groq — for alternative model access
- Anthropic — for Claude model access
We do not opt customer content into provider model-training programmes or authorize its use for training. Provider processing and retention are governed by the applicable service terms and data-processing arrangements. Providers may retain data for service delivery, security, abuse prevention, or legal obligations; our no-training commitment is not a promise of zero data retention. Contact us for the providers and data-handling arrangements relevant to your workflow.
Email Service Provider
We use Postmark to send transactional emails. They receive your email address and email content solely for delivery purposes.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
Forgeable does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We also do not:
- Share your data with advertising networks
- Use third-party analytics or tracking services
- Embed social media tracking pixels
- Allow third parties to collect your data for targeted advertising
Legal Disclosure
We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, we do not require cookie consent under GDPR.
11. Automated Decision-Making
Forgeable does not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects on you without human involvement.
While the Service uses AI to process your prompts and generate outputs, these outputs are tools for your use and do not automatically make decisions about you. Any decisions based on AI outputs remain under your control.
If you have concerns about how automated processing affects you, please contact us at legal@forgeable.com.
12. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly when using third-party AI providers based in the United States.
When transferring data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission
- Adequacy decisions by the European Commission
- Other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
Contact us if you would like more information about specific safeguards.
13. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us immediately at legal@forgeable.com and we will delete it.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated policy on the Service
- Updating the "Last updated" date
- Sending an email notification for significant changes
